[ She remembers that boy all to well. The first time she'd laid eyes on him, he'd been so quiet and shy that his father had to remind him to properly introduce himself. Regis had come to Tenebrae with the intent and hopes that having a new friend to play with and talk to, especially one who one day he would have to work side by side with, would pull Noctis out of his funk. She'd been told about the attack on the poor boy beforehand, of course... not the gruesome details, though. But Regis had tasked her with helping his son, and that had been a job she'd been more than happy to take.
She remembers as soon as Noctis had shyly introduced himself, she'd happily whisked him away from his father and out of the sight of her mother as well and into the fields of wild Sylleblossoms. Those had always made her happy, and they made a wonderful conversation starter. And once they'd started talking, he'd started coming more and more out of his shell.
The rest, as they say, is history.
She's glad when he joins her in bed. She very carefully shifts so that she can lay on her side, and whether it's proper or not she she finds she does not care as she nestles herself close against him, resting her head on his shoulder and burying her face into the crook of his neck. She twines their fingers together, and her free arm curls around his midriff. They both need this right now, and no one is going to dare barge in on them anyways. ]
That would be lovely. And once we have restored Insomnia, we can go home. [ Because as far as Lunafreya is concerned, home is wherever Noctis is. Tenebrae, Insomnia, a dumpster -- wherever he is, that is home. To remain at his side, so long as he will have her, is the greatest gift she could ever receive whether they actually ever get married or not. ]
